Shipping Information

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or United States Federal holidays.
Orders are generally filled within 2-3 days of purchase and shipped USPS First-Class Mail (2-5 business days).

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your LED accessories, please send an email to LEDlutions@outlook.com to request a refund with your reasons why and we will allow returns within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer. We do not offer refunds on used LED accessories. We do not offer refunds on bulk (discounted) orders.
